G'day, A sad turn of events in Oregon. A lone casualty in the war against Agenda 21. The land grab by the Federal government in the USA is driven by the same agenda as current land grabs in New Zealand. The difference is that in New Zealand its called land tenure where the sheepel are all lining up to take the money and run. The man killed in an FBI shootout in Oregon was a rancher and foster parent to 50 boysIn a shootout in the US state of Oregon yesterday evening (Jan. 26), the FBI confronted members a militant group that since early this month has occupied the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge. Authorities took eight people into custody after the shootout, including group leader Ammon Bundy and his brother Ryan, who was shot in the arm. One man, Robert “LaVoy” Finicum, was killed in the exchange. Finicum, 55, was a rancher, foster parent, and frequent spokesperson for the militant group, according to Oregon Live.qz.com/603743/the-man-killed-in-an-fbi-shootout-in-oregon-was-a-rancher-and-foster-parent-to-50-boys/EYEWITNESS: OREGON MILITIAMAN MURDERED BY COPS; “HE HAD HIS HANDS IN THE AIR”The daughter of LaVoy Finicum, the Oregon militiaman shot dead by police during a traffic stop on Highway 395 yesterday, claims that her father was “murdered” execution-style with his hands in the air, an account backed up by an eyewitness to the incident. Protesters involved in the weeks-long occupation of a federal wildlife refuge in Oregon, including leader Ammon Bundy, were apprehended by law enforcement as they traveled to the city of John Day to attend a community meeting set up by local residents.www.infowars.com/eyewitness-oregon-militiaman-murdered-by-cops-he-had-his-hands-in-the-air/Regards, Rob (RKC)

G'day, FBI agents under investigation for possible misconduct in LaVoy Finicum shooting An FBI agent is suspected of lying about firing twice at Robert "LaVoy" Finicium and may have gotten help from four other FBI agents in covering up afterward, authorities revealed Tuesday.
The bullets didn't hit Finicum and didn't contribute to his death, but now all five unnamed agents, part of an elite national unit, are under criminal investigation by the U.S. Justice Department. Inspector General Michael Horowitz is leading the independent inquiry.www.oregonlive.com/oregon-standoff/2016/03/oregon_standoff_fbi_agents_und.htmlRegards, Rob (RKC)

G'day, Bundy brothers found not guilty of conspiracy in Oregon militia standoffThis is a stunning victory for rural America Neil Wampler, acquitted defendantThe decision, unveiled in federal court in Portland on Thursday, is a blow to the US government, which had aggressively prosecuted the rightwing activists who led an armed takeover of public property to protest American land-use regulations.Asked about the Standing Rock protesters in North Dakota, he said that others should be encouraged by the court victory.
“They need to take a look at this and realize battles can be won,” Fry said. “They need to stay strong and not let the federal government push them around.”
Now a free man, Fry said he might do some traveling, adding, “there are more federal buildings to occupy.”
Matthew Schindler, lawyer for defendant Kenneth Medenbach, the first protester arrested in January, said the case brought attention to grievances in parts of America that are often overlooked.
“Their way of life is going away, and unless all of us here in the cities care about that, that’s exactly what’s going to happen,” he said outside of the courthouse. “It was a very powerful thing for individuals with nothing,” he added, to “fight the federal government”.www.theguardian.com/us-news/2016/oct/27/oregon-militia-standoff-bundy-brothers-not-guilty-trialRegards, Rob (RKC)
