22000 volunteer suction dredge miners have been kicked out of the water
The Sierra Fund found a multi-million dollar payday in mercury removal. The thing is, in order to do it, they had to scheme to keep California small scale suction dredge miners out of the water.
Senate Bill 637 is nothing more than their scheme (with a seal of approval from crooked lawmakers and state and federal agents).
