G'day ELW0, Welcome to the Gold Dredging Forum. Thanks for posting the photo ... well, we have established the the Infinity jet at least exists. Anything else you can tell us would be most appreciated. Regards, Rob (RKC)

Hi All, I've cut it in half as requested. The rear water jacket is 90mm long and 20mm outside the suction tube. If you look at the fist photo there are adjusters front and back to adjust the jet tube.. It is essential to have clean pump water because the jet is so fine it can clog up with silt. To set the nozzle, run the motor at the correct speed and wind the tube in or out. When the load comes on the motor, back off the tube a little bit, and the nozzle is now set at its optimum position.I don't think this one has ever been used. It originally came from the West Coast.

From: VJG73 Sent: 30/04/2008 10:42 a.m. I've attached a rough sketch of the Jet I am trying to build , its made from sheet metal and uses an adjustable 11 degree alloy cone wedge with a internal diametre of 8 1/16 inch to slide over 8 inch pipe. The cone is machined from a 12 Alloy chill and is adjusted by 2 half inch bolts to vary the jet opening. The manifold has 2 X 2 1/2 inch BSP entries feeding water from the pump. Hopefully it may work otherwise you may see a odd looking ash tray fror sale on trade me shortly. cheers img.photobucket.com/albums/v172/Coochee/Gold%20Dredging%20Forum/OKOKInfinite20jet.jpg?t=1226459502

From: ELW0 Sent: 30/04/2008 7:34 p.m. Hi All, the jet weighs 7kg, VJG73, your jet looks good. I have read that jets with manifold require a pump that has both pressure and volume.
